Crystallux Construction is organised in line with modern engineering service company. Our team comprises of the expert professionals, professional Engineers and Technicians. The team coordinated by the Project Management is headed by the Managing Director and supported by General Managers. The expert professionals are the engineers whose competence is recognised within the profession and on the market, and who embody the technological expertise of Crystallux Construction.

The project team is under the joint responsibility of a manager, whose technical and commercial role is oriented towards the customer, and a project leader, who assumes the responsibility of organising the work, the quality of service and also keeping to budgets and deadlines passed on by the manager. Other supporting personnel are the various staff responsible for administrative, technical support, data-processing and document – preparing services.

For the purpose of meeting the specific requirements of each project, the most qualified people are selected to form the project team.

This organisational structure offers the customer, all the guarantees of quality and reliability that are needed for large projects to be properly conducted.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Crystallux Construction quality assurance system is based on the principles of personnel’s involvement in carefully considered decisions and the matching of personnel with the assigned work requirements including necessary improvement of performance. The principle requires that procedures must be followed scrupulously at each project stage in order to attain the set objectives and achieve constant improvement. Each project is controlled using internal procedures and verifications to ensure that the final result is in conformity with both the highest quality standards and the client’s requirements. The quality of the company’s work is verified by internal and external auditing to check that the rules laid down are respected.

⦁ AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Crystallux Construction is involved in all the engineering and technical aspects as required by the Company business. It operations rely on professional engineering staff whose skills and expertise cover a wide range of capabilities in all its areas of activities.

Such experience covers all aspects of a project development such as conceptual studies, cost estimating and scheduling, technical specifications, basic and detail design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and training of management and operational personnel with strict adherence to Ontario Building code.

Crystallux Construction has secured a high degree of reliability in the development of the engineering and project management activities related to Turn-Key projects. The Company has successfully completed several projects involving large scope of engineering, both as main contractor and as a part of a Joint Venture.

The requirements and the characteristics of each project, determine whether Crystallux Construction has to perform the engineering activities with its in-house resources, in collaboration with its technical partner, a specialised engineering firm or research or other institutions.

In case the engineering activities are subcontracted, Crystallux Construction through its experienced management team will coordinate and maintain full control on activities.

The team provides the necessary engineering support to all site operations. Construction manuals and installation procedures and specifications are developed for each individual project.
